Post-Christmas Update Tweaks!

Changes include:

• L1 Rocky Rise - Changed the hill to disappear at the same time. The send-back barrel is no longer at the top of the hill.
• L2 Viney Ravine - Removed some coins.
• L3 Cannon Chaos - Changed some of the visual style at the start of the level, and removed an unused weapon.  Added more coins.
• L4 Sunken Spikes- Changed visual style of the spikes and rocks to ice
• L5 Collapsing Cave - Changed majority of visual style in the level, removed the double jump ability and changed the method of auto-running.
